The first floor has two en suites and the second floor is a master suite. The master suite patio has views of the ocean to the East and the marina to the West.

All homes come with a $100 USD or equivalent in pesos move out cleaning. Rent prices are subject to an 18% tax. Prices are subject to changes based on seasonal demand at the time of making a reservation. A $150 USD or equivalent in pesos security deposit is required to make a reservation, and this security deposit will be retained if a reservation is cancelled.

For weekend rentals, a security deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required.

For monthly rentals, a security deposit equivalent to half of one month’s rent is required, plus payment of the applicable utilities. And this security deposit will be retained if a reservation is cancelled. Please note that utilities are not included in the rental price and must be paid separately by the tenant based on usage and the agreed rental terms.
