Description
Cozy little studio within the Country Club community surrounded by nice areas to take walks in the evenings and wonderful views of the Sierra de San Carlos, it has a laundry area and a shared pool.
All homes come with a $100 USD or equivalent in pesos move out cleaning. Rent prices are subject to an 18% tax (this is the Mexican IVA tax which is 16% and the Mexican Lodging tax which is 2%). Prices are subject to changes based on seasonal demand at the time of making a reservation.
For weekend rentals, a security deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required.
For monthly rentals, a security deposit equivalent to half of one month’s rent is required, plus payment of the applicable utilities. And this security deposit will be retained if a reservation is cancelled. Please note that utilities are not included in the rental price and must be paid separately by the tenant based on usage and the agreed rental terms.
