All homes come with a $100 USD or equivalent in pesos move out cleaning. Rent prices are subject to an 18% tax. Prices are subject to changes based on seasonal demand at the time of making a reservation. A $150 USD or equivalent in pesos security deposit is required to make a reservation, and this security deposit will be retained if a reservation is cancelled. Rentals of 28 days or more are responsible for paying the utilities during the reservation.
